I hope you all had a lovely Bank Holiday Weekend. The weather was pretty good.
I enjoyed my weekend. I enjoyed the Racing on Saturday and managed to find a couple of winners too. The weatehr forecast for Sunday showed 20% rain, but, I happty to report, none came. I went to the car show at Gord Park. It was well attended amnd there were some lovely cars there to admire. My friend John had his gorgeous Bentley on show. A beauty in Regal Red and Silver. Drop dead gorgeous. And Richard had a showpiece too, a Mercedes 420SE. Lovely. I met up with Helen and Favid, Clare and Martin in the Capitola and then moved on to the Farmers. Everywhere was packed full with folk enjoying themselves.
Monday dawned bright and sunny adn so I spent almost all day on tegh Pop Deck soaking up the "rays" before going to Clare's for a very nice tea. In the evening I was glued to the Snooker!!! What a final!

A beautifully sunny morning here in Ulverston. And we can expect another couple of days before the weather breaks. So, make the best of it. Get out!
It was a gloriously sunny day yesterday and it was my day off. I went t see what was on offer at UAM Auction at teh Auction Market, but I realised that I have enough junk and don't really need any more!
So I came home and decided that ,y lovely Mercedes could do with a lean. And so I spent some time oing just that and I am pleased with the result. Very satisfying to see a gleaming car.
I spent much of teh remainder of the day on my Poop Deck soaking up the rays! So my tan is already quite good.
A dreadful stabbing in Crew. Once again the Jewish community are being targeted. What is happening to this world of ours?
The King is doing a fabulous job in the US. His speecj was terrific!

A distinctly cooler morning! Nut remaining dry and the temperature may well rise as the day progresses. That;s what I am hoping for!
The weather yesterday was so lovely. I had a rather food day, too. Out in the surrounding countryside to see a delightful property. Fingers crossed to receieve Instructions?
The King and Queen are now in America, meeting President Trump. I ho hope that things go well.
The troubles in the Middle East are causing senseless upset to teh entire world. The ecmnomy here in the UK is woesening andthe interest rates are expected to rise. The cost of oil related poducts, whih includes transportation, of course, will affest us all. Farmes adn Trucking Companies are finding their costs rising very abruptly and they will have no alternative but to raise their prices. It finally ends with you and I. The onsumer. ALways does.
