Notes on Barrow

Barrow in Furness is the world centre fror the building of nuclear submarines though B.A.E Systems which is is the principal local employer in the town. There are any supporting businesses and demand for property is high.

The wonderful Lake District National Park is but 15 miles or so, away, and the re is a direct rail link to Manchester Airport for those who wish to het away to the sunshine.

London can be reached by rail within 4 hours.

J36 of the M6 is about 40 minutes drive.
